You guys have problems with the service....???? I tried to sign up and couldn't ..... on the damm chat with them for almost an hour. Nothing. I did the change of browsers, cleared cookies, etc .... finally they said they would call me.... that was 6 hours ago. Idiots.... Why hook up with a company that looks like it will go under.????

Bro I’ve been having the same issue with Visible and I even bought the ZTE from them. Today is Day 18 and still haven’t had any service since signing up. I’ve had 5 different SIMS sent to me so far & several escalations. Completely ridiculous.

That large a screen it must block a lot of your vision out the windshield. Better to find a better place to mount it like the dash . Some states it is illegal to mount on windshield

BEWARE, I was so disappointed that I wasn't able to receive from them because they won't mail to a PO Box, a FedEx station, or a UPS station. So you have to have a home in which to receive a phone from them. On top of that they do not have a customer service phone number. I tried texting with them and they will not provide a phone number to talk to anybody in customer service to try and figure out a way to receive items them from them without having a home address that you will need to be at to sign for the item. FedEx, ups, and USPS all allow you to sign for items at their stations but they simply will not accommodate. For that reason only, I was not able to use their service.

Did you download the Red Light Camera ? If so does an icon show up in the Apps? I had my cousin Michael install it from Garmin Express but noticed nothing new as far as an icon. I haven’t driven the van in D.C. where I know there are plenty of cameras to test it at yet. It’s too late to contact Garmin to see if everything was done correctly.

People need to read the reviews on Google before signing up with Visible. Visible sucks. They have more 1 star rating from consumers than any other carriers. I read the reviews. People complaint about drop calls and static. Can't send text and buffering while watching videos. That's why I went with T Mobile prepaid simply $50. For $10 more. I'm don't have any problem with them.

My dream to have iPhone

2 months. 3 SIM cards and 2 phone numbers and two phones and no service, STILL!!! I bought an unlocked 11 through them. They’ve given me two months credit, I’m supposed to get a $200 prepaid master card and a free speck case so I’m in deep. I paid for two months of Verizon service just so I could have a phone that worked, but I’ve now been 5 days with no phone and no internet. I don’t have WiFi where I live and wanted this service because of that. I’m having to go to friends houses and McDonald’s to activate. It already says it’s activated, but STILL NO SERVICE. I’ve had 4 trouble tickets, talked to humans on the phone 5 times, and chatted and tweeted too many times to count. Gotten kicked off of chats and spent at least 25 hours chatting and troubleshooting. All total, almost 3 weeks DURING COVID with no phone or internet service. I’m in too deep, and they’re very sweet, but I’m LIVID!!

Thanks, I’m starting a small business and was thinking about getting my very 1st gps. I happened to go into Sam’s Club and they offered this and the 51 but the lady didn’t really know what the difference was. A cousin told me I could just buy a regular gps at Wa-Mart but I figured I’d compare. Normally I use a phone but hate how it gets hot thinking I may ruin it+the battery life is horrible (no car charger). Use to have 1 of those battery charging cases from ZeroLemon but it exploded!

It’s because you have to live in a area where the service don’t work and there are some of those for example ky zip code 41501 and this is because they don’t allow it to be used on the carriers towers of the area known there as Appalachian wireless even. Though Verizon owns the actual lte transmitting equipment they must make a agreement I think that has to be your issue check see if you have any bars and if you do then more then likely what I said apparently is same issue as the phones sim won’t connect to the tower and even if you take it to a area and activate it and return home it won’t work there at your home because the sim is banned due to the carrier not allowing visable on their network and their is no work around at all no apn change nothing that will get you up and going try reach mobile or Usmobile they will work in areas like this I described

I like the visible service except the billing options is not so good,. I'm moving on to a better phone provider because of payment issues,. I'll pay $10 or more dollars per month for a provider that have more payment options and visible is not ready for primetime... I went back to Android from iPhone.

Visible is just a con job they take your money and then call you a liar when you don’t get the phone and WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY

If it's too good to be true at $40 a month it probably is. After 2 days I gave up, got my refund on a credit card and went to AT&T Prepaid $45 plus tax on autopay. Lost my number.
